I visited this site today for the first time and the customer service I received was great! I was greeted by a young lady who had a beautiful smile and was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and atmospheric! My food was hot and fresh. The manager came out to make sure we were all right and asked if we needed anything. My experience today was worth the visit. We waited for the ride through in line for 20 minutes, they were from LIDS Ranch we ordered Ranch Tacos, they did not disturb us saying that they were out until we looked out no ranch went to our tacos in complaining the GM Stephan could not deal with the problem. Another nice Taco Cabana. I always get the Mexicana breakfast plate, it is delicious and is surely a hearty meal to carry you through the day. Do not forget to get the special sauces and pico de gallo. You're going well. You also make a nice breakfast Burritos. They keep it cold enough in the restaurant to hang meat, though!
Food was definitely good. Service was fast and professional. The price of steak in my burritos was Insane!! $37 for 8 steak burritos, not even a meal. I learned... and will not do that again.
Who doesn?t like to-go margaritas? The chicken quesadilla was delicious, the cheese sauce was pretty good. Although the chips seemed stale. The flautas are also very good. I?m not sure how I feel about the ground beef, but the bowl wasn?t too bad
Went here for a drive through lunch. Waited 20 minutes for a steak quesadilla and a beef nachos while the guy in drive-thru and the new girl that was training ran the front all on their own, they were complaining that all three of the managers were in the office and not helping while they seemed to be in a mass panic over the six cars in drive through mine included. Finally we got our food and hit the highway again only to find out that we got a chicken quesadilla and a steak bowl, no nachos. So I called the 855 number on my receipt and explained to the gentleman that I waited for another 15 minutes to speak to that I needed to call the store manager because it was a franchise. While being about 30 miles away at this point I called the store manager who honestly acted like he could care less about the issue and told me his system didn't allow for refunds but I could turn around and he would give me the correct order this time. All this honestly could be avoided by proper training management and customer service. More than likely short of the apocalypse I will not be returning for that corrected order due to the improper customer service or care for the customers that pay their paychecks. Surprisingly employees were super nice and attentive. However, the food was disgusting! Disgusting is an understatement to be frank. Chips for the nachos tasted old like an old oil rancid taste. Quesadilla also had the same nasty taste. Not sure if where they?re cooking the food is not being cleaned properly. The drink machine was practically out of service- choices were flat Coke or flat Dr. Pepper. The salad bar was closed and the salsa they gave was just as disgusting as the food- water down salsa with no flavor or salt. The quac looked old and was a dark green color. Definitely never eating there again. Yuck!
