What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
If the young lady who works the takeout window will be rude and not communicative, she should not hide in a chair when I come in to get the order. Everything because she didn't want her to take large order out of the window View all feedback.
I ordered crazy bread and a stuffed crazy bread, the stuffed was fine! But i asked for extra Parmesan and butter and even paid for it. These were completely dry and the crazy bread was burnt and even had flour stuck to it. I called and wanted to solve it just to ask what i could do and got told i could have a replacement, and i didnt even want anything like a replacement or refund i just wanted to let them know what was wrong with it! But when i get moved from two different workers to the manager (over the phone that was working she got very angry with me and told me that ?she prepared them herself so theres no way they could be burnt? even though there were other problems i stated as well. Yes they did provide the option to replace them which im thankful for that! And I understand short staff. Im upset with how i was treated over call while i was very calm and even apologized for having to make a complaint. I was repeatedly told that she did nothing wrong to the food that she made them herself. But there should not be flour stuck to every piece of bread, it being hard to the touch, and when you pay for extra sometimes you would expect it! As you can see in the pictures the quality and i wouldnt even be making this complaint if there was respect during the call and in the situation but just know that i hope youre blessed and that if anyone has a problem next they wont be treated rudely :
There was a orange flavor piece of gum on my pizza and I almost bit into it. The pizza was really good tho but the gum ruined my appetite.
The pizza was pretty dry, very little sauce and cheese. It was ?cut? I use that term lightly lopsided and would not separate.

Hot and ready not ready, had to wait 25 minutes for two? hot and ready.? They're small stoppers, what do you expect?
