They... read more This café opens at 7.30 am on Sunday. Has a steady stream of early risers, dressed in gym gear, getting their morning lattes. Seems quite popular for that. They have table service and an interesting menu. Just about everything comes with edible flowers. Today, my wife and I stopped in for breakfast. I ordered a latte to start and I received it after they freshly ground some coffee beans, though it was really quite fast. My wife ordered a fresh juice of orange, apple, pineapple, ginger and mint, (but they didn't record the order until we reminded them just as the meals were delivered). It was brought very quickly after they realised their mistake. It had a particularly strong ginger taste that was completely overpowering to any other taste, but OK as my wife likes ginger, but too strong for me.My wife ordered the "Smashed Avocado Bruschetta" with poached eggs, roasted tomatoes & fresh herb marinated feta and I ordered The “Crossfitter” consisting ofscrambled egg whites, smoked salmon, avocado & whole meal sourdough. Both arrived after about 15 - 20 minutes and both highlighted with colourful edible flowers. Both meals were quite flavoursome with fresh ingredients.After eating these we were filled to the gills and we were happy to finish our meal without the customary tea or coffee at the the end. At $46.70, it's an expensive breakfast and will be kept in mind for future, important occasions.Yes, it is a leisurely Sunday morning and we were not in a hurry. They had plenty of staff on hand so they were ready of a busy morning. By 8.10 am, the café was full. Recommended for the food and don't be in a hurry.
