Poor service, probably 6 other tables of people eating. Had to get bartender to help us. We wrote our order down and gave it to her. Got our water also. Surprised we didn't cook are own food.
Our server lori was just so rude she didn't even check on us till we were ready for the check. She basically insulted my mother. She wanted to see how much my son would eat after she said my mom couldn't share her food even said she'll bring him his ownfish but never did seeing if my mom would let him eat. She was just rude.
Excellent service and really good food at a beyond reasonable price. I had they pork belly sandwich. Really good flavor and lots of meat. I ordered the tutor tots crisp and they were! Not a fancy place but clean friendly and homey I will go back
Food is always plentiful, freshly made and tastes great. The only think I don't like is they have a room for smokers and the smell of the smoke travels out to the main dining room. They need a better ventilation system or just to get rid of smoking alltogether.

The restaurant has an excellent chef and the staff were very welcoming. I will definitely return. The average cost per person is between $10 and $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive perfect scores of 5.

This restaurant is large and can accommodate families of all sizes. It offers plenty of lively bar activities. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top ratings of 5. I recommend trying the Salad Bar.

I recently dined at this restaurant with my family and despite it being busy, we were directed to sit in the game room. I approached the lady manager to inform her of our seating arrangement and she mentioned that there was no waitress available in that area. She seemed preoccupied and uncertain about when someone would attend to us, if at all. As someone from Waverly who frequents this establishment, I was disappointed by the lack of service and treatment received. I believe the quality of both the food and service has declined since the previous manager left. It's unfortunate that this is the only option for dining out in Waverly, and it's disappointing that they would not accommodate us or our children. I rated the food a 2, service a 1, and atmosphere a 1. A new sports bar option in Waverly would be greatly appreciated.

Excellent service and really good food at a reasonable price. I had belly sandwich. Really good taste and lots of meat. I ordered the Tutor Tots crisp and they were! Not a beautiful place, but clean friendly and secret I will go back

Extremely poor service! Me and a co-worker stopped in for lunch today. The place had maybe 7 tables of 2 to 3 people. 2 waitresses and a bartender. I've seen McDonald's busier. Our waitress was rude and short with us. 25 minutes after ordering she decides to ask us what our order was again cause she lost it! She then goes to the kitchen. 20 minutes later we sit there hungry, late to go back to work and stunned that she is walking past us with peoples food that had just ordered 10 ago. So I confronted her and asked why haven't we been served yet, her response was that there is a lot of tables here... Ok but why didn't you have the cook bump our order to the top cause you forgot to put it in? She rudely responded with.. cause that's not my area I'm a server. I felt as if I was getting dumber just talking to her. No apologies, no change of attitude, just out right disrespectful. I have never been treated that poorly at a restaurant before. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I didn't get her name otherwise I'd plaster it all over this review.
