Dining at a local Subway has become an increasingly frustrating experience, as evidenced by a series of disappointing encounters. I was very disappointed because I ordered 1 footlong meal and didn't get the 2 cookies I ordered. My husband and I tried the new melts and they were not good. They tasted like burnt paper and had 4 times the MEAT a normal foot long has instead of 4 times the cheese the melts are supposed to come with. I even tipped them before hand because I saw their sign saying they are short staffed.

My family placed an online order at 7:50 PM, and our food was ready by 8:10 PM. My fiancé waited outside the door for 20 minutes, but the staff ignored him multiple times and refused to open the door to give him our order. When I called to explain he was waiting outside, they acted as if they were unaware. The staff were very unprofessional and unable to handle a concerned customer without hanging up on me. I'm extremely disappointed with the young employees working there.

My family placed an online order at 7:50 PM, and it was supposed to be ready by 8:10 PM. However, my fiancé ended up waiting outside the door for 20 minutes. Although the staff saw him several times, they refused to let him in to pick up our order. When I called to let them know he was waiting outside, they acted like they didn’t know what was going on. The staff were immature and couldn’t handle an upset customer (with good reason) without abruptly hanging up on me. I was very disappointed with the young employees working there.

We recently had a very unpleasant experience at a poorly managed Subway location. Fortunately, Jimmy John's in Waverly came to the rescue with outstanding service. They were attentive and efficient while taking our order, and it made us think that Subway could definitely learn a thing or two from them!
