Menu
A comprehensive menu of O'briens Inn from Waverly featuring all 65 meals and drinks can be found here on the menu.
Nestled in a picturesque location with stunning views, this restaurant offers a menu that, while limited, features high-quality dishes such as broiled fish and flavorful pot roast. Although some guests have praised the comforting atmosphere and friendly service, others have expressed concerns about food safety and facility maintenance. The ambiance is rustic, but the dining area has faced criticism for disrepair in other parts of the establishment. Overall, while the food garners positive feedback, the inconsistent experiences suggest a need for improvement on multiple fronts.

My husband, Kenneth McLaurin, performed at Mike Peters' Home-brewed Comedy, and it was a fantastic experience! The venue has a great atmosphere, and the owner and his wife are incredibly welcoming. What AbNol dislikes about O'briens Inn:
This is not a place you would want to stay. It is in disrepair the rooms are just terrible. The mattress on the bed was ancient, the towels provided in the bathroom where treadbare and old, we had a plastic chair in the room, there were 2 nightstands that were old and marked up, no table lamps only overhead lighting. There was no place to hand your clothes the bathroom sink would not drain. There was a coffee maker b... View all feedback.
This has always been an excellent spot for enjoying a spectacular view of the valley.

Had the Sunday dinner which is a bit shorter a menu than the weekly dinner. My wife had shrimp scampi which was wonderful it was drenched in scampi lemon butter garlic sauce and was fabulous. I had the baked haddock which is the best I ever had it was served with mashed potatoes which were done quite well and broccolini which is like a thin line stocked broccoli. But dinners were priced quite low and we were the only diners in the restaurant strangely enough. The restaurant has an amazing view. I'm sure we will go again but we will try the regular menu which is done Thursday through Sunday I believe they have several unusual dishes such as fresh trout And grouper. I should add that her waitress was wonderful she was very attentive came by several times during the meal.
