Every time I order the chicken breast from this restaurant, it comes out undercooked and tough. I wouldn’t recommend it.
This KFC is very clean and fully staffed. It was recently remodeled and features well-displayed corporate memorabilia of Mr. Sanders and Kentucky Fried Chicken. The restaurant also houses a Taco Bell, as both franchises are owned by Yum! Brands, which also owns Pepsi.
The women’s restroom was in poor condition. The floors throughout the restaurant were slippery, greasy, and not adequately cleaned, clearly needing a thorough deep cleaning. Moreover, the staff was unfriendly, and I was worried about the food’s quality. The chicken appeared to have been sitting out for a while. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
My aunt and uncle came to visit, and we were looking for a nice place to eat. KFC was very welcoming, not only to us but also to my little dog, Reese. Thank you so much! We really enjoyed our meal, and I appreciated that KFC allowed me to bring Reese inside.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Right from the start, I noticed a green fly on the cups near the register, which was off-putting. Additionally, there were no fountain drinks available, no coleslaw, and the mashed potatoes had a strange white powder in them. To make matters worse, they were out of original chicken. The French fries were so hard that I couldn't even bite into them. Overall, it was an unpleasant dining experience. I would like my $20 refunded. I also believe that the staff who were working there on Sunday, September 25th, at 7 PM should be reconsidered. This visit was truly disappointing. I urge you to improve your standards or think about closing the restaurant—it's clear that there is a lack of pride in the work being done here.
