For the first time in applebee’s grill in waverly. the device was clean, well ran and the server was great! we had the appetizer plate and 12 ounces. ribeye steak. everything was very good.
Worst experience we’ve ever had at a dine in restaurant. We came here to get something to eat after a sporting event, and we were the only people here. We came in and we’re seated and was told that our waiter/waitress would be by soon to get our drinks. We waited 20 min and decided to leave seeing we were still the only ones in the whole restaurant and nobody came over to our table. Once we were leaving they told us thanks for coming… we told them we sat at our table and waited for 20 min and nobody ever came to serve us.
We haven't visited this place in a long time, and it will be a while before we return. The service was terrible; our waiter never came back to check on us. The food quality was also disappointing.
