Our visit today was surprisingly disappointing. The atmosphere was still lovely as usual, but unfortunately there were no amenities provided for children such as crayons or coloring supplies. Additionally, there were no children's drinks available, so they had to drink out of half pint glasses. The food took an hour to be served with no apology for the delay. This top-rated restaurant offers upscale cuisine in a charming tudor atmosphere. We reserved ahead for a festive family event on December 23rd and were impressed by the delicious food, served to our table by Poppy's professional and amiable team. They were friendly, helpful, and discreet. This restaurant is perfect for families and comes highly recommended.
We had a wonderful Christmas lunch today. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served hot. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was top-notch - fast, efficient, and we didn't need to ask for cutlery in between courses. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

To be fair it’s not ALWAYS perfect but what really sets it apart is that if you say that something was not as good as it should be (and let’s face it, nowhere is perfect) they immediately apologise and often delete what you had from the bill. THAT is the way to both apologise and make it better in the long term. Service is great, and the service that Buzz provides is second to none!
