Outstanding customer service. I ordered the Pecan Chicken Salad but was given a Turkey Bacon Club. What Douglas Williams doesn't like about Arby's:
I'm a big fan of Arby's and have frequented many different locations around the country but this one is definitely lacking...My observations from over a dozen stops her are that while employees are pleasant they are distracted by drive in business which causes walk in business to be lacking...Also it seems whenever I have been there at least one or more menu items that I ordered were unavailable, this seems to be a l... I really don't go here often, especially because I have strange children, but every time I go, it's very good! Tonight were some of the best wings I ordered. They were hot and fresh like my fries. I also had sauce on my whole chicken! One of my best drive-thru experiences!
We both bought the new Burger Wauger (Steak) and enjoyed it. When we got 2 burgers, 1 big French pommes and 1 big coke we were surprised to find our order was $20.74. Well, kind of pricy, but good.
We have their new steak (Wauger) burgers. They were thick and very tasty, but a little expensive.
Arrived with 3 cars ahead of me. Sat for 25 minutes for a beef and cheddar sandwich. Get back to the office and it's just a dry beef sandwich. No cheese.

Outstanding flavor and the bread for both the Pecan Chicken Salad and the Turkey Bacon Club is a delicious, hearty multi grain. These sandwiches are now on my 'will enjoy again ' list.
