Don't know why this place has three dollar signs. It's incredibly cheap! $4 for pretty much everything (20 craft taps, well/rail drinks, and wine). They have a great selection of 20 rotating craft beer taps for $4, and also offer growler fills. It's hard to go wrong here. View all feedback.

This place sucks. Went for lunch on a Saturday. It took forever for the bartender to show up. She did not even ask if we want something to drink. We had to ask for menu when she brought it over she proceeded to tell us that about half the menu was not available because they forgot to order from the supplier. It took forever to get our food, but When our burgers arrived they were cold, over cooked and super dry. I'm n... View all feedback.
Great atmosphere, view was of the parking lot but thats okay, you will probably be focusing on the great food served here. Be sure to check out the Up in Smoke burger or any of the pizzas offered; great options. (Food is located behind the bar)
I've been in Whole Foods Market several times and did not notice the bar! $4 craft beer menu 20 to choose from. I'm home

If you like horrible service, unavailable menu items, and really bad food, this is the place for you.
I've been visiting The Tosa Tavern for a few years now. It's always been on my Yelp review radar, but I never was really sure what to say. I mean, it's in a Whole Foods. For one, that's weird. It's not particularly warm and inviting like a good tavern can be. And it doesn't really feel local. Heck, even the Whole Foods is in a strip mall across a parking lot from another strip mall. So, my dilemma is that I still like The Tosa Tavern despite these modern, big business traits. Why? Foremost, it's the beer. The Tosa Tavern sports a continuously revolving line of 16 draught beers (or maybe it's 18, I never counted, but it looks like 16). Roughly half are from Wisconsin, or at least Midwest, breweries. The other half are good beers from wherever they're made. But even better yet, the pours are considerable, and best of all, modestly priced. Let me emphasize that last part again... MODESTLY PRICED. Most of the beers on The Tosa Tavern's tap list can be had elsewhere in town for another $2 or $3 or $4 per glass. Sometimes, too, the specials can be crazy values. I don't know all of their weekday specials, but I know that Tuesday nights one can fill their growler at a discount. I brought in my 32-ouncer one night, and filled with a Founder's ale for only $8! Thirty-two ounces of fresh, Founders ale for only 25 cents per ounce? I dare you to find a craft beer value that good anywhere. It's cool, too, that you can bring in food purchased at Whole Foods into the tavern portion. With all of their choices, it's perfect for when you and your significant other cannot agree on what to eat. Lastly, I've always received good and knowledgeable service from the bartenders here. Despite the ever-changing kaleidoscope of beers, they always seem to be knowledgeable of them. And if they or you are still not sure, they'll always pour you a sample. I love that. So if the drudgery of grocery shopping takes a piece of your soul away, make yourself WHOLE again with a swig from The Tosa Tavern. That's what I do.
I cannot believe it took me so long to come here, as close as I live. This is as straightforward as it gets, you go get whatever kind of meal you want (salad bar, hot bar, made to order), then head into the tavern and enjoy. Great beer selection, decent wine selection, and the nightly specials on drinks really can't be beat. Bartender was super helpful in giving tastes of two different wines I was contemplating. Tap takeovers by various breweries, watch a game or whatever on tv, it's all good.
