Don't know why this place has three dollar signs. It's incredibly cheap! $4 for pretty much everything (20 craft taps, well/rail drinks, and wine). They have a great selection of 20 rotating craft beer taps for $4, and also offer growler fills. It's hard to go wrong here. View all feedback.

This place sucks. Went for lunch on a Saturday. It took forever for the bartender to show up. She did not even ask if we want something to drink. I've been to Whole Foods Market several times and never noticed the bar! They have a $4 craft beer menu with 20 options to choose from. I feel right at home!
This restaurant is truly disappointing. I went for lunch on a Saturday, and it took ages for the bartender to even acknowledge us. She didn’t ask if we wanted drinks, and we had to request a menu ourselves. When she finally brought it over, she informed us that about half the items were unavailable because they had forgotten to place an order with the supplier. Our food took a long time to arrive, and when the burgers finally came, they were cold, overcooked, and incredibly dry. I honestly don't know how you can mess up a burger like that, but they managed to do it. If you're into terrible service, limited menu options, and poor quality food, this is definitely the place for you.
The Tosa Tavern features a rotating selection of 16 (or maybe 18—I've never counted, but it certainly looks like 16) draught beers. About half of them are from Wisconsin or other Midwest breweries, while the rest are quality beers from various locations. Even better, the pours are generous and, most importantly, reasonably priced. I want to stress that last point again: REASONABLY PRICED. Many of the beers on The Tosa Tavern's tap list can be found elsewhere in town for $2 to $4 more per glass. Occasionally, their specials offer extraordinary value, too. For example, on Tuesday nights, you can fill your growler at a discount. I brought in my 32-ounce growler one night and filled it with a Founder's ale for just $8! That’s 32 ounces of fresh Founder's ale for only 25 cents per ounce. Good luck finding a craft beer deal like that anywhere else. Another nice feature is the ability to bring in food from Whole Foods to enjoy in the tavern. This is great for when you and your partner can’t agree on what to eat. Lastly, I’ve always experienced friendly and knowledgeable service from the bartenders. Despite the constantly changing beer selection, they seem well-informed and are always willing to provide a sample if you’re unsure about a choice. So, if the chore of grocery shopping drains your spirit, make yourself feel whole again with a drink from The Tosa Tavern. That's what I do!
Awesome selection of beer and conveniently located in the Whole Foods for all your shopping needs!
