Customers have complained about undercooked and poorly sauced wings, slow service, overpriced food, and inconsistent portion sizes. One diner even mentioned that the lack of cars in the parking lot should have been a warning sign. Although the service was described as kind and attentive in one review, the quality of the food and the overall experience was not up to par. It seems that this particular Buffalo Wild Wings location may need to make some improvements to win back their customers' trust and satisfaction.

Eating is good. The service was good. But wait 45 minutes for two salads? Really? Unacceptable.
If I could give a 0, I would. This place needs to overtake a staff or just close the doors. 11 August 2022 Evening. Rudest, poorest service. Not welcome when we came in, waitress said no more than 10 words to us all the time. Salads came in hot bowls, orders came 1 at a time after 40 minutes. We ordered a drink each, went to order another one when we paid attention... The bar is closed and ran away. This is the first time in my life I DID NOT TIP. Terrible restaurant at this point.
