Bruegger's Bagels - Wauwatosa

The sandwiches was inconsistent. I try to try a place more than one. The first time I ordered the bagel was so small and light. Only had one piece of Paton on it. The actual bagel sandwiches was cold and was tiny. Ordered again and the bagels was regular sized and heavy which filled me and my family up. If I would have know that the size was off I wouldn have said something. This will stop people from buying if the quality is never consistent. The blueberry muffins are delicious.

The bagels are fresh and delicious! The service counter is pretty chaotic. They could work on a better system for ordering. I enjoyed the cold brew coffee.

Every time I go in this place the workers ignore me or stare like I’m an alien. They don’t offer to take my order, greet me or anything without me speaking first. Today a Caucasian woman who came in after me walked right in front of me and ordered while the workers just ignored me. I do not recommend this place to minorities apparently their still stuck in the 50’s. Sadly, I’ve been looking around for the blacks not allowed sign. It’s a sad world we live in.

Really great bagels! Awesome for locals to swing by thanks to their wonderful rewards program. The hot breakfast isn't the best in the world, but it honestly does the job. If you find yourself complaining, you have too high of expectations for fast-food breakfast.

Zero sense of urgency. Took the girl making the bagels 10 minutes to make 2 bagels. The manager was fast and efficient but them employees had no common sense.
