Mcdonald's - Wauseon

Placed mobile app order before going, waited over 20 minutes never got food. Demanded my money back, and left starving. Food would have been nice cold anyway as it was piling up for the 20 mins we were there. BEWARE!

The automated drive thru is awful…the constant is it always gets our order wrong. Today it happened again we could not get the automated to get the order correct and then we tried when we paid it….i had to go inside as it was still incorrect and a voice from the back said”they changed their order”. We did not and frankly felt that was uncalled for.

I put 5 stars so this would be at the top it was really a 0 star SERVICE TAKES 20 mins we knocked on the windows and knowbodu even answered and when we tried to order at the thing where you order know body answered don’t go here and guy at the window didn’t even know how many nuggets where in a nugget meal like YOU WORK HERE!!!!

I'm about to share the best sandwich available at McDonald's!Double ¼lb with cheese no mustard and ketchup add Big Mac sauce and lettuceUnfortunately the new automated could not figure it out and added Mac sauce to the mustard and ketchup.

We placed a breakfast delivery for big breakfast with hot cakes; extra sausage, two hash browns and a large coke.Instead we didn’t get extra sausage, not even syrup and a VANILLA coke.How was my order that messed up? They never pick-up the phone. It’s ALL THE TIME these things happen..
