The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and skilled. They have a great selection of items on the menu. Having grown up in the Fox Valley, I am familiar with Rich Products and it was great to see their products still being used here. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about U-bake:
many nice sound, but not customer service. he waited to see the guy was super friendly with the lady in front of me. when my fiancée and I approached the counter, he didn't even say hello or gave me my sum, no peep. After reading the comments below, I wonder if they accused me of using my card 4%. (maybe I wouldn't know) View all feedback.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent variety of items to choose from. I grew up in the Fox Valley and know Rich Products very well. Glad to see their items are still around!
Very interesting store where you can find almost everything you need for baking.
I asked for Curbside and the gal was so kind fast. Sometimes businesses kinda stall with an answer when you ask for Curbside. I'm disabled and it allows me to get out some, even if its just to the businesses front door. Home delivery is a godsend, but change is good too. Oh.... the food is great too! I enjoy taking credit for baking their delicious treats
This little gem of a store has a wide variety of items for an advanced home cook down to someone needing a quick meal or dessert already prepped! Great selection of spices and dry goods and unbelievable selection of frozen doughs and even meat and soups! I love coming here and always leave with something new to enjoy!
Love this place! Wonderful place to purchase gifts for grandparents that have everything they need and don't have the ability to bake from scratch anymore!! Wonderful products and great selection!!
