I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I ordered a steak that was cooked a little under my preference, but the staff was more than willing to address it right away. Everyone here is so pleasant, and it creates a great atmosphere. I even spoke with the managers to share how impressed I am with their employees' performance. I’m always happy to come back here. What User doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
The employees could have been a bit friendlier; it seemed like they were just doing their job without much enthusiasm. My son ordered his burger well-done, but it arrived undercooked. My daughter-in-law asked for her steak to be medium, and it came out well-done. When we informed the waitress, she simply expressed annoyance and said, "Darn cooks." Overall, I prefer the location in New Berlin more. View all feedback.
Best buns and better. all staff members were so friendly that it really is a great culinary experience.
Our experience with Jordan is always so amazing! He makes sure you have everything you need and is just a very nice person to have as a waiter. Always hope to have him!! :
The young ladies at the take out window on Saturday night were stellar! Made sure my order was perfect, and didn't bat an eyelash as I requested a couple extra condiments that weren't included in my online order. They were pleasant and efficient.The food at Texas Roadhouse can't be beat for the price they charge.
Fantastic customer service. Fast seating and service in general.Really enjoyed the steaks, chicken, ribs were to die for.Potato skins and the boneless wings are bursting with flavor.It wasn't very busy as we went on a Monday evening.I ordered a a pineapple margarita and it was made perfectly.Highly recommend trying this place if it's not too packed. Tried going several times in last few months but couldn't find a parking spot.Easy to find and navigate to as well.Restaurant and bathroom was very clean. Miss the peanuts but not on the floor. Try it and you won't be sorry.
Our recent visit for a family gathering was a bust! After seating our party the server took 15 minutes to get our drink orders then got three of the wrong. After another 10 minutes she came back to get our food order only to seem annoyed that she had to fix out drinks. 25 minutes later and two booty shaking, stomp stomp dances later our server returned again with our warm/cold food. At this point our party was ready to leave. She offered no help and when one of us went to get a manager the server conveniently on break. We left hungry and thirsty. Try some place else this place stinks!
