I had not been in an ihop in at least a decade. I was excited. I ordered the lemon ricotta crepe and nabeby had blueberry franchise toast. our waiter I think was dredmont. that's what it said on our acknowledgement. he was so polite! yes, ma’am and so on. definitiw left. he seemed to be new, but was exactly the correct amount of attention and was basically remembered by every little one. I was so impressed by him. de... View all feedback.

I had a great time drinking my chocolate milk until I realized that this place is only catering to the upper class. I recommend that they come down from their high horse and make some changes to their prices. $4 for a chocolate milk is outrageous and should not be the case for any restaurant. Also, I would like to mention that I prefer to leave a tip. View all feedback.
Working, but they let me sit and fed quickly. Carolyn, the manager is amazing.
I was very happy and satisfied with my waiting staff who took care of me! Very rare to find such people, especially a man. I'm just saying that because of the many thousands of places I went through our beautiful country and I don't have male waiting staff as friendly and friendly as he comes! I thought the food was good, only part was that I worked on paperwork waiting for food, and I lost my appetite due to my paperwork.
The restaurant was crowded, but they were able to seat me promptly and serve me quickly. Carolyn, the manager, was outstanding.
My daughter and I went to have breakfast at this restaurant. The waitress, Madeline, seemed uninterested in serving us from the beginning. Unfortunately, we discovered a fly in one of our drinks. Despite this, I was understanding and not too harsh about it. Madeline gave a half-hearted apology and replaced our drinks. When I asked her whether it was necessary to change the juice entirely because I was unsure of her handling the situation, she seemed annoyed and asked a co-worker to do it. I feared that if I hadn't asked, we would have received another cup with a fly inside. When she brought the bill, she didn't offer any form of compensation beyond the replacement drinks. I would have appreciated a simple gesture like removing the cost of an orange juice. Ultimately, I still left a tip, although I hesitated. At least one of us had to remain courteous.
I will preface this by saying I have never left any place of business a one-star review in my life up until now. Went there at 5:30pm for dinner, there was ONE other table of people in the restaurant. Waited at least 5 minutes to be seated and was just about to leave before we were seated at a dirty table with food and silverware on the floor beneath us. Our kids’ orders were wrong, when we told the waitress she said “just so you know, I’m not the cook, so it’s not my fault.” One kid’s meal never got its side. Our family of four never got a refill or checked on once during our meal; our food was silently handed to us and then she walked away and never came back. We will never be going here again save yourself the time and money and go grab food at one of the many other Rib Mountain restaurants.
