Domino's Pizza - Wausau

The temperament of the staff is hit or miss, the Pizza was hot and well made. I am just old school and did not like how much in general Domino's has changed it products especially their pizzas.

Ordered my Pizza at 12:52pm, it was out of the oven and quality checked 1:13pm. Waited till 2pm to call only to find out they were 3 hr 's out for order 's due to ONE driver... I picked up my order from this location, got home, it was cold and not fully cooked and a mess in the box. They did refund me, but this needs to be corrected.. when your 3 hr 's behind on delivery 's you STOP making pizza and help your ONE driver. NO ONE likes COLD or Un-cooked Pizza. I do NOT want anything, this just needs to be known.

Order arrived 1.5 hours late. The pizza was cold, left at the door, even though it was a traditional delivery, and didnt bother with the text notifications.

The person that brought out my order for carside delivery was not wearing a mask the cheese on my pizza was cold yet in spots. I had to put it in my oven to cook it again Ordered again on another day no one wore gloves, the tracker was wrong so it was an hour long wait, an employee lied about when my pizza would be done then, the cashier was rude. Corporate complaint did nothing. We're going to the other one from now on.

Have had multiple experiences now where the app will say my pizza is being “quality checked” for over an hour and when is does get delivered it’s undercooked and cold. Today I ordered a pizza at 5:52pm, was being quality checked at 6:02pm and it’s now 7:09pm and is still saying it’s being quality checked. At this point I don’t think we’re getting our pizza. We tried calling the store but it just goes to a dead dial tone. Not sure what exactly happened and maybe they closed early but overall just very disappointed with absolutely no answers.
