Burger King - Wausau

My partner and I rarely visit this place because of bad experiences in the past. But we decided to give it another shot tonight and we were not disappointed! Sam was great. Very friendly, fast and even let us laugh! The food was great. There was no rush when they put our food together, the quality was there. We'll be back. Thank you. 11/13/2020

My order has never been messed up here (and I always change my food a bit). I usually go here at noon and never had a problem with service or quality of food. When I look for condiments on the site, they will never skip to me; always a good healthy portion. Here once or twice around the dinner time and the waiting time on the order was a little longer than usual, but it was a tad busier than what is typical perhaps.

I used to be a manager in this place and not biased, but when I was there, it was OK. Staff don't like working. Upper management does not value employees hard work. Customer base is usually the reason to want to go to work. Nice encouraging customers. Homeless people are always begging for money or food. Food quality is not the best. If everything is to be ordered, it would be a drink. I have some previous employees who still do their best and those who work hard should be recognized. No big fan of BK anymore

Really downhill. It used to be a very decent fast food joint. Now, it really mirrors the employees' view of the place: not worth mentioning. Service is terrible, and the food is boiled pootly. My brother who came with me was asked to clean up before we left. It doesn't matter if we saw 'as if we were messy, it's their job to clean up to customers. But the fact that they didn't even have the clock to see that reflected in their service and food. Everything was pretty bad in taste. Sad. Bad example for all other BK joints.

The female manager smelled like alcohol and was very rude. Was rushing me to order, she was slurring her words. And when I pulled forward she was standing outside the back door smoking. This place was disgusting. She was coughing bad. You could just tell she was sick. I wonder how the health department feel about someone so sick working with food. I will give them a call or email to let them know about this. It is just disgusting to think she is around food like that. I would recommend not eating here.
