The restaurant wasn'... read more We were disappointed during our visit on our Wisconsin Supper Club tour. While the food was excellent, the service left much to be desired. The restaurant wasn't busy, and there were six of us in our party, yet we waited quite a while just to be acknowledged at our table. The drinks took some time to be delivered, and waiting for our food took even longer. We had to ask for complimentary bread and vegetables, as well as water refills, and eventually, we had to go to the bar ourselves to get another round of drinks. Our waitress seemed annoyed when we ordered dessert, as if ordering traditional ice cream drinks was a hassle for her. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The union star cheese curds are amazing!
