De... read more This venue is a great spot for live music, but the service leaves much to be desired. I have visited multiple times, and the drink service is extremely slow. Despite having a large staff, they don't seem to utilize them effectively. I have waited in line for drinks for 20 minutes while employees stand around. I am hesitant to return in the future.

I recently went there for brunch with some friends and family. No one greeted us upon arrival and the music was so loud that we couldn't even have a conversation. It was a Sunday morning in Waupaca, Wisconsin, not a nightclub in Miami. The bartenders seemed more interested in socializing with their friends than attending to customers. Additionally, the exterior of the building was dirty and in need of a power wash. The interior was also dirty, with bug-infested window sills and sticky tables. The music was too loud for a brunch setting and there was no DJ. Many issues could easily be resolved if the restaurant was operated more professionally. Overall, I give this place two stars due to its location and reputation, but I would recommend going elsewhere for food.

The deep-fried cheese curds were exceptionally delicious and the welcoming service made us feel like we were at home. The view of the lake from the docks set the ideal atmosphere for a wonderful day by the water! Food: 5/5

Both meals were excellent, those who got sushi said it was... read more We ate here twice over the past week, once for brunch on Sunday and again on Friday for Sushi night. Both meals were excellent, those who got sushi said it was good, others had the noodle bowls which they declared excellent, and we had burgers which weredone well and very tasty. Service was friendly and attentive, drinks were creative and delicious. All in one of the lastremaining old-time dance halls, and located on the water so you can boat to the ICC (like we did) or drive.

The fe... read more Terrible service at the bar and it was not busy. 2 bartenders, one was eating food behind bar, licking his fingers, not washing hands and serving drinks. The female bartender was wiping her nose with her hand, not washing and serving drinks. We leftwithout getting served or even acknowledged for service. So we went to Wheelhouse instead where service was great.
