The sinks were covered in a grimy residue. I would never go back to this place.

We waited in line for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence. They also wouldn't let us order just 5 drumsticks—something I've ordered countless... read more They don’t serve sweet tea, which is surprising since every KFC usually does. They also wouldn't let us order just 5 drumsticks—something I've ordered countless times at other KFC and Lee's locations. When we asked for an explanation, the staff yelled at us, saying you can’t order drumsticks alone, only as part of a mixed chicken order. As someone from Kentucky, it’s disappointing, and I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back here, even though I live nearby.

The service was quick, but that’s likely because the chicken was cooked hours earlier at lunch. It was so dry that I couldn’t tell if I was chewing meat or bone. The large sides that came with the bucket were barely halfway full in their containers. The mashed potatoes looked old, almost as brown as the gravy. The biscuits were completely inedible—far too hard to eat.

The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent.
