I went in there to pick up an order for a customer, waited over 10 minutes and never acknowledged at all. I had another order come in at Subway and I went and got that and came back and still stood there cause I needed the desserts and was ignored by all 3 ladies working not even a hello can I help you, so that I can continue my day to getting paid. I went in there to pick up an order for a customer, waited over 10 minutes and never acknowledged at all. I had another order come in at Subway and I went and got that and came back and still stood there cause I needed the desserts and was ignored by all 3 ladies working not even a hello can I help you, so that I can continue my day to getting paid. I ended up unassigning the order. They can find someone what to deliver it cause I'm not standing there not getting paid and losing money just to be ignored by the employees there. Very rude!
I drove off the highway to get here and was so disappointed. I can’t believe I believe I fell for this scam. 0 out of 10, it was not a chocolate factory, they didn’t even have chocolate

This isn't a review, this is a love story. These are the best sub sandwiches I've ever had in my life. We have been coming here for years and they keep knocking it out of the park. Every other restaurant is cheapening their ingredients and giving you less and charging you more. The Chocolate Factory is staying the course. They have found their lane and they are staying in it and blowing by everyone else in the business. I love, love the Blackberry Turkey Sub with blackberry preserves and giardiniera. We also tried their sub of the month, the Korean Beef Bulgogi. You have not lived until you've had this sub. It's made with Korean beef carnitas, gochujang sauce, super greens, sweet chili sauce, jalapenos and oregano. It's sweet and slightly spicy. The Bulgogi beef is so tender and so flavorful, it melts in your mouth, and is complete culinary perfection! This sub will make you want to cry it's so good. Their sub bread is heaven!! Flaky and crusty and soft on the inside. NOBODY does bread like this any more! Chocolate Factory, I'm yours for life. Don't EVER Change!
I was there today 01-17-24. Best turkey and cranberry ever! Rice and chicken soup great. Friendly and kind super fast, too. I will be heading
