What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
After finally getting through the drive-thru, we waited nearly 11 minutes to place our order as there was one car in front of us at the window. We sat and waited until someone noticed we were there. Eventually, we had to speak up ourselves. The car in front of us left, and there were only four cars in the parking lot. It was 7:40 PM.
