I ordered a Famous Bowl without chicken because I'm a vegetarian, but received one with chicken instead. When I mentioned this to the staff at the counter, they seemed shocked that I would order a Famous Bowl without chicken. It's important to note that chicken is an added ingredient, so it should be easy to leave it out. On my second attempt, I once again received a bowl with chicken. When I informed the staff, the attitude I encountered made it feel as though I had committed some offense. It was disheartening and made me feel embarrassed to be a vegetarian. Finally, on my third attempt, my order was correct, but the portion was disappointing—my bowl was only half full of mashed potatoes and corn, with very little cheese. While I recognize that not all KFC locations are the same, I won’t be returning to this one for quite a while.

To add to the issues, the dark meat was overcooked to the point of being burnt, while the chicken tenders were undercooked. The potatoes had been sitting out so long that there was a hole in the Styrofoam container. Additionally, the napkins were crumpled and carelessly thrown into the bag, and I was only offered three sauce packets, which I found insufficient. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
