Erik put a lot of effort into making my Hawaiian gluten-free pizza. It can be difficult to perfect gluten-free crusts, but the one at MKE Pizza was over 90% perfect, with a slightly golden and crunchy texture. The pineapple banana protein smoothie was delicious.
