Domino's - Waukesha

Refused to redeem my free pizza they gave me for screwing up my order last time. Horrible experience with the manager working on 11/20/22. Will not be going back.

Usually I 'm very happy with this dominos. Last time I ordered they forgot the two sodas and all the condiments and didn 't put on the right toppings on our pizza. Then we asked if we could have them because I paid for them. They said yes, or we can do a giftcard. I said no I want the right items. So 20 min rolled by still no items. So I called again and asked where the driverwas...the guy on the phone said you only called 5 min ago hes on his way ...then 10 min later the delivery driver showsup..delivery driver was nice but why the hell am I getting an attitude with worker in the store. I 'll still be going here sinceit 's the only one in waukesha..but what the hell.

If I could give them no star I would. I just ordered and one pasta dish was unmixed and had no cheese baked on top the it should have been. My chicken Alfredo was absolutely nothing literally there is nothing in the container except for a couple noodles andlike no chicken.

Food was fresh even with the internet system being down. The tracker didn't work the employee who was running the front mentioned it and was very helpful on the amount of time they were looking at my order due to the system saying somethingcompletely different on initial order. Will still come here as the food is still very good for chain pizza.

Always the best. On time. If they don't have something they'll give you a courtesy call and offer a substitution (rare but happens occasionally). My go-to pizza place!
