Burger King - Waukesha

Everyone was friendly, eating was fresh and hot. the order was correct. not sure what happened before with all bad reviews. I have always heard that they offer every customer great service while I was there. great job! 1

I recently tried a cheeseburger at this restaurant and I must say, the new management is doing a great job! The drive-thru experience was perfect, with a fresh sandwich that was perfectly seasoned and served. The fries were crispy and golden, and perfectly salted. Every bite was worth the cost of the meal. I highly recommend stopping by and giving them a chance!

I went to Crispy Chicken on February 7, 2023. There were 2 cars ahead of me in line. I ordered 3 Crispy Chicken Sandwiches and a five-dollar menu. It took 25 minutes to receive my food, during which time 4 cars passed through the drive-thru. The staff was friendly, but seemed to be mostly standing around. The food was cold, and the chicken sandwiches were overcooked and not enjoyable. I spent $25.00 on the meal. I do not plan on visiting this restaurant again.

My girlfriend warned me about this place. I should have listened. This is not only the worst Burger King but the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Change management, fire everyone and hire employees who actually care about customer service and treat people with manners and respect or, just shut it down for good.
