I tried the gluten-free pizza today and it was decent, but I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and negative feedback from a previous customer's review. There is room for improvement in handling criticism. If they offered a 10% discount for honest feedback, I would be more inclined to give them another chance. I have enjoyed many delicious pizzas from Boombalatti's Pizza Company. Low carb, YES! Full on flavor, YES! We are so happy to be able to find these pizzas more and more locally now. Customer service is exceptional. Love these products for Keto and maintenance lifestyle.
Hell of an owner! Disregard the negative feedback on this post because it most certainly doesn?t pertain the the quality of the product nor does it pertain to the passion of this owner. This is the go to option for keto friendly, gluten free pizza crust. If your only grief is the high price then you have to understand this is a small business who doesn?t have commercial pricing and the product requires quality ingredients for you to enjoy a quality flavor. Pay the extra price and enjoy yourself a quality product!
One of the things I missed the most being keto was pizza Laura and her amazing keto pizzas have made pizza possible again without cheating!! Laura is always so friendly and catering to any needs or requests of mine. She truly goes above and beyond. If you're keto *even if you're not and looking for a guilt free pizza* you have found the right place
Wow! low carb crust price totally worth it! I have never heard of this pizza company, but saw the low carb crust today at the grocery store and saw it had no cauliflower in them and couldn't help myself.... So it says to cook the pizzas for 8 to 10 minutes with all the toppings but I cooked the crust first for about 8 minutes took it out put the sauce on it with one layer of cheese and the first layer of toppings, put it back in for about 5 minutes, then added pepperoni and a sprinkle more of cheese...sauce, crust, and cheese ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE IS IS A MUST! Or you end up with burnt edges. I have tried making fat dough recipes myself and was disappointed. This crust is awesome!
I discovered these pizzas at Woodman's in Kenosha and as a pizza enthusiast, I can confidently say they are superior to most typical frozen pizzas. And with only 5 carbs? It's a no-brainer! Absolutely delicious!
