The driver dropped the order at a parking lot curb somewhere outside and left a picture, despite me leaving explicit instructions on where to deliver the order and a number to call if needing directions. I couldn't find the order outside because the picture had no landmarks to reference. Unacceptable. View all feedback.
This is first TSC review I have been able to do. Let me get into it! The food is exactly the same as the other TSC in lake bluff. I love the detox island green. It is very very good. I like how consistent it is. The flavor and taste is amazing and I could have it every day if I wanted! The service was really not the greatest. My co worker and I stood around for along time which was odd since the one in lake bluff seemed to be much different! I liked the one in lake bluff since it seemed like the customer service was better there. The atmosphere or ambiance like I call it, it was much nicer here it's looked really modern and clean! Overall, check out TSC for a good smoothie!

Went to Tropical Smoothie today to get an Island green smoothie. The young man that made my smoothie made extra and I asked if I could have the overage if they would just throw away. He said no he couldn’t and threw the remaining smoothie in the sink right in front of me. Help me understand the logic here. You rather throw it away than give it away as samples or give the customer that paid already the extra.

Literally got my entire order wrong and i told them i couldn't have tomato's and they literally put tomato's all over it. My mom didn't even notice until she got back to our hotel. Waste of time and money. I ordered the mango bacon Brie with no tomato's and they gave me a chicken bacon ranch with no cheese and extra tomatoes?? Like how does that happen lol
