Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Waukegan

This is first TSC review I have been able to do. Let me get into it!The food is exactly the same as the other TSC in lake bluff. I love the detox island green. It is very very good. I like how consistent it is. The flavor and taste is amazing and I could have it every day if I wanted! The service was really not the greatest. My co worker and I stood around for along time which was odd since the one in lake bluff seemed to be much different! I liked the one in lake bluff since it seemed like the customer service was better there. The atmosphere or ambiance like I call it, it was much nicer here it’s looked really modern and clean! Overall, check out TSC for a good smoothie!

This is my first review of TSC, so let's dive in! The food is just as good as the TSC in Lake Bluff. I absolutely love the Detox Island Green smoothie; it’s incredibly delicious and consistent. I could easily drink it every day! However, the service at this location wasn't the best. My coworker and I ended up waiting for quite a while, which was surprising since the Lake Bluff location had a much better experience in terms of customer service. On a positive note, the atmosphere here is really nice—modern and clean! Overall, I recommend checking out TSC for a great smoothie!

Literally got my entire order wrong and i told them i couldn't have tomato's and they literally put tomato's all over it. My mom didn't even notice until she got back to our hotel. Waste of time and money. I ordered the mango bacon Brie with no tomato's and they gave me a chicken bacon ranch with no cheese and extra tomatoes?? Like how does that happen lol

Stood in front of the counter for 5 min without a hello from any of the 4 girls working here. Left and received awesome service from Jersey Mike's next door.

Nice place to get smoothie and I like their Chicken
