Pizza Hut - Waukegan

I have picked up my order online at 15 o'clock to 4. they moved to 4 car drive and was told that it was not ready to park and they would bring it to me. So I sat outside for 30 minutes before I went inside to find out what was going on. during the entry, one lady had just put her job and another one had a job. the young lady who told me that he was not ready yet, saw me and went back. now 20 minutes pass and the lady who had ordered her when I went in, got her pizza. I asked the guy behind the counter about my order and he went to check and they said it was ready for over 40 minutes. I wondered why not someone especially told me since the original employee I spoke to at the beginning saw me several times. they gave me my pizza without apologies or have a great evening.

We ordered 30 min to close and the girls working were very nice, and the food was hot and fresh.

Pizza Hut owner. Your response to the quality and false representation is more insulting then my awful experience with your business. Absolutely unacceptable

The service was horrible they made me wait There for nearly an hour until they finally asked me for my order and turns out they already had it but and then they say it was canceled when I clearly never canceled it

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!! Opened a SEALED BOX and this is what I get!!! Took it back and the UNPROFESSIONAL manager tried to insinuate that I put it in the box. Was laughing and joking about it when I first walked into the restaurant with the other employees.
