I wouldn't go back. The ceviche taste too much like ketchup and vinegar. Same for the coctel de Cameron to much vinegar after taste and not fresh. Way over priced.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.

Things have changed at Backwater Jack's They have a swimming pool with a swim-up bar.
We used to be very happy with the service at Backwater Jacks but the last three times we have been there the service has not been good.
The best ceviche I have had outside of Mexico! The fish is fresh sweet perfect balance of acidity.Food: 4/5
I always enjoying coming here for a good mojarra! Definitely the place to be! A bit pricey for some things but definitely worth it! The workers are always in a good mood! Between the caldos, mojarras and molcajete mixto! Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
