Chipotle Mexican Grill - Waukegan

I recently visited Chipotle for lunch and was disappointed by the price I paid for the service. I ordered a Burrito bowl with a few extra extras, and the final price came to over $10. While the food was good, I didn't feel like it was worth the price I paid. The service also lacked something. The staff seemed hurried and was not particularly friendly. I received no special attention or recommendations, and it took a while to be prepared for my order. Overall, I left Chipotle Waukegan the feeling that the price was not justified by the service I received. While the food was good, I didn't feel like it was worth the price I paid, and the service was only average. There are other fast casual restaurants in the area that offer similar quality food at lower prices, so I will probably try one of those in the future.

Customer service is not the best. Burrito Changing Lady didn't even try to pack my Burrito. Instead, she wanted to double what I didn't want. I put myself in a bowl. I didn't want anything other than cheese. I came home and couldn't stop the pack.

Ordnete Chipotle today with Guac on my Burrito bowl and I got a little guacamole with half avocado that would be good if it wasn't hard....

Every time I come here, I feel like the staff is very unfriendly. I had ordered a large guac side with big chips, was charged for it, but got a small guac. I asked if I paid for the big ones, she asked for my reception I gave her, then she said nothing and took the Guac out of my hands and threw him into the garbage. If you just want to waste it, why didn't they just let me hold the Darn-Guac? remained polite all the time though she was very rude when I said having a great evening, thank you for also ignoring me.

I used to always go here like it was one of my favorites spots but just recently I found a roach on my food it was stuck on the cheese just disgusting I will post the picture in the comments. Definitely looks like a baby roach.
