Pancheros Mexican Grill Waukee

I’ve given this location too many second chances. Foods always cold, old, dry, workers are slow and mess up online orders 100% of the time. The thing that sucks the most is I don’t know this until we get home. Their app should have a “was your food edible” button so you can click it and get a refund. Done, absolutely done with this location!

Not representative of Pancheros everywhere.I'm a big Panch fan. This store was bad in every regard. It was extremely unclean. I saw something unspeakable in the men's restroom. The staff let our food get out of order on the line so there was a bunch of diagonal dialogue going on which was confusing. Then because our orders were out of order on the line they were rang up incorrectly. The chips were smashed. The napkins smelled like a mildewy musty basement, and almost none of the tables were clean.

Food is consistently poor quality at this location. Beans are either mushy or dried out. Veggies aren't cooked properly. As another said, ingredients are mixed with others. Go to any other location in DSM Metro for better Pancheros.

This is the worst Pancheros I have ever been to. They don’t give you full scoops the food was dry and the customer service was awful. Then I went to eat it and it was cold, dry and had no flavor. Don’t recommend ever going to this location. It’s definitely worth driving a extra 20 min to the next one or if you want some real food just go to Chipotle. This place BLOWS!

The “Manager” William was very unprofessional. Talking down to me, my children and no customer service skills in person, or on the phone. Sounded if he was unhappy to be there. There’s no communication between the employees. He accused us of not informing him of the right meat on our burrito saying we have more stuff on it. He interrupted us multiple times while we were trying to communicate with him. This Pancheros was good when it was new, but has gone drastically downhill ever since. I would recommend the extra 15 minute drive over to the West Des Moines Pancheros, where they have stuff figured out and serve the customer.
