[hidden link] I’m very sad that a great Hmong American friend of mine had such a bad experience when trying to check into your establishment for a milestone in his life and a family trip for their anniversary Their whole weekend was blown traveling back and forth due to an employee that evidentially didn’t care for guests of Asian decent to patronize your establishment I kindly ask you to look into this and make it right as I think it will be a regrettable mistake on your businesses behalf for how this situation was handled. I have posted the original post from Cher Kong’s page and he and his family are the greatest and should never have been treated in such a way especially with all that has gone on in America in the past few months we need to educate our employees to accept everyone and not pick and choose based on the color of their skin.... I hope this can be reconciled .

Heard people of Asian ethnicity is not welcome. Very disappointed that in 2020 an establishment is still uneducated and ignorant. Maybe the customer was misinformed or misinterpreted your employees explanation but from the looks of it that’s very unlikely.

Had a great night out at Bitter Lake Lodge! ordered the prime rib sandwich and my husband has the Sheboygan burger, would recommend both!

This place is beautiful! Amazing food and atmosphere!

A wonderful place to stay and enjoy a good meal. The view is awesome.
