Ray's Shanty - Wattsville

What Madi C likes about Ray's Shanty:
The service was amazing, we loved how personable the staff was! The food missed the mark for us. We got scallop linguine and the amount of butter was excessive. The fried seafood we ordered was very greasy. It could have been an off night in the kitchen. We would definitely love to see more refreshing items on the menu. What Matt Rogers doesn't like about Ray's Shanty:
Neptune soup is like a lumpy gravy. I didn't finish it. Crab cake meat seemed fine but it was dry. My girlfriend didn't like her flounder and I didn't either. The fries looked good but zero crisp too them. Crab drip ok but pita chips that came with them seem in the middle between fresh and baked. Half baked? Mostly everything was disappointing.
