I was craving all the food during my trip to Mannar to visit Thiruketheeswaram Temple and Sivanarul Ilam. The service was excellent, with charming and attentive staff, especially Ruby! The food was high quality and reasonably priced. Enjoying a meal outside with a gentle breeze and a view of the beautiful statue was a truly blissful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
This top-notch vegetarian restaurant is located close to Thiruketheeswaram temple. The service is fantastic, the food is delicious with plenty of choices. The restrooms are clean and there is even the option to spend the night if necessary, with high-quality rooms available. The restaurant features a beautiful structure of Kethu, Lingam, and Gowri Ambal to admire, making it a very scenic and peaceful place.
The rooms at this establishment are comfortable and spotlessly clean, and are fully air-conditioned. The breakfast is entirely vegetarian and the best vegetarian food we have ever tasted. The staff provide excellent and supportive service. We highly recommend Rudram Restaurant and Rooms in Mannar.
Very nice people and vegetarian food. The food was very delicious. We got a lot of different stuff to try. The outside was also noce to sit.
It was a by chance experience to flavour North Western “Mannar style” Sri Lankan Rice and curry meal on the way to Mannar Island at Mullippaliam. It appeared to be a new total vegetarian restaurant in pleasant surroundings. Flavours were very much different to the Southern Sri Lankan spicy curries. They were milder and pleasing with gravy. Vada curry was tasty and something unusual to a standard accompaniment that is served with rice. Hosts were very friendly and courteous.
