The burger is available. but no drivers were available when I arrived and no air conditioning. very hot room and not very clean. but eating came fast and small the table and chair was on request clean.

Okay, to be honest, the service they provide for din-in customers is terrible. the ordering process is quite good, but if customers want to eat from the ground, I would advise against it because it is not a climate system that leaves my friends and I in a hot room full of Dine-in customers. they also do not serve French pommes, and the pepsi they serve is not even cold; it is only dry pepsi that has been removed from the dosis. honestly dissatisfied with kfc’s appalling customer service. never again dinner at kfc.

The food flavor is not the same as other doses. I think palawaththa kfc much better than that. the seat area is not sufficient, the second current ac is also broken.

Best KFC shop in colombo. beautiful, clean and beautiful environment with large seating area. beautiful and friendly staff and management. entertainment for kds. thay loved this place only a problem is that the parking is not enough.

The food at Kfc is less tasty. Also there is no air conditioning inside. Kfc Customer has a lot of people but no action has been taken to put at least one fan inside and get rid of the heat.
