Java Lounge Nawala - Wattala

The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere and welcoming service at an affordable price. It is a great spot for enjoying a coffee and conversation. While it may be modest in appearance, it is paving the way for dining trends in Sri Lanka.

The service is excellent and the restaurant is well-run. Customers can peacefully study or read books.

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The staff were not very helpful and seemed indifferent. They did not properly clean the table, only removing the glasses from the previous order. I ordered an Apple iced tea and a Cold Latte. The Latte was mostly fresh milk with a hint of espresso, lacking any coffee flavor. When I asked for sugar syrup, they did not have any and directed me to packets of sugar, without providing a spoon. The Apple iced tea was good, however. I stayed for about 20-30 minutes without any attention from the staff. When I asked to take the remainder of my iced tea to go, they did not have any cups available, not even a paper coffee cup. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with my experience.

We went to the java lounge today and ordered chicken lasagne and a vegan pasta with pesto sauce and two caramel macchiatos. we had to eat our food and carry coffee ourselves from the counter. the coffee was cold and the pesto was not properly heated. when we were flying over the water cup, they heated him and brought him back. later we found out that the server was carrying food on the other tables. Why were we treated differently? or indifferent?

One of the better Java base. the coffee is her brand. very nice environment.
