The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful, making our visit smooth and efficient. Their teamwork was excellent.

I really enjoy Panda Express because their food is delicious and often healthy. I appreciate that they have added healthier options to their menu. Occasionally, when I pick up my order, they forget some items, but when I contacted the company, they promptly sent me two gift certificates as a gesture of goodwill. It's important to remember that everyone makes mistakes, but it's how we handle them that truly matters. Thank you, Panda Express, for your excellent customer service.
