I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The quality of the product was nowhere near what competitors offer, and the return process was equally frustrating. Overall, I would rate it a 0/10. I would never recommend this company to my customers or fellow crumble and tea enthusiasts. There are far better options available, which is why this place is struggling—trust me. Just compare their quality to that of Crumble, which I've enjoyed for over a year. I'm looking forward to getting my money back and moving on.

Absolutely amazing! When I picked up the first of five plants, I noticed some dirt on it, and then I realized I had accidentally placed it on my head. After opening the package, I used a bit of the extra soil to fill in where needed, followed the instructions for moisture, and the next morning, my plants looked perky and healthy. I will definitely follow their recommendations, and I highly recommend this company for their pricing, communication, speed, quality, packaging, shipping, and the final product. Thank you!

However, this time, somehow my order of 32 lbs dried shredded ginger root, instead of being packed with one pound bag like previous order, they were all in one huge plastic bag and that's not what I had expected and how I liked to to receive.
