I am so glad Craft Bakeshop is in business! This local establishment serves excellent food, pastries, and beverages but perhaps more important, the owner and staff are nice people! After I accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle, they were so sympathetic and helpful. Being treated like a valued customer even when I was unable to purchase anything at the time because my keys, money, phone, etc. were inaccessible... View all feedback.
What Donna Bosworth doesn't like about Craft Bakeshop And Eatery:
I really, really wanted to like this place.I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, a vanilla latte, and a chocolate chip cookie. The breakfast burrito was 70ish% egg, bacon, and 15ish% day old wrinkled overcooked starchy bread-like potatoes. It was highly unsatisfying. The vanilla latte tasted and smelled like burnt folgers coffee. I took it home in hopes of salvaging it and was unable to do so.*edit* I had folgers recent... Has vegan burrito with tofu and other items. Really good coffee. Very clean and lovely staff

It may have smelled like burnt folgers but it tasted even worse.*Considering the bio on their website, I thought the saving grace would be the cookie, and I was wrong. There wasn't anything necessarily WRONG with it, but there also wasn't much RIGHT about it. I hate to waste food, but I didn't finish it.It's unlikely I'll be back.
I Remember this little café from when it first open in Corralitos. They reopened in downtown Watsonville near the public library. Tried their tomato soup today and some of the ciabatta bread that goes with it was pleasantly surprised that it was so creamy and not oversalted like some tomato soup can be. Got their banana sunrise smoothie, which is one of my favorites still. The girls at the front that I ordered from were very sweet and helped me out when I got a little confused since I haven't been back for about two years. The inside is very cute and spacious would be a great place to study if you just finished a class at Cabrillo. Overall would definitely recommend.

After I accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle, they were so sympathetic and helpful. Being treated like a valued customer even when I was unable to purchase anything at the time because my keys, money, phone, etc. were inaccessible in my locked vehicle was the highlight of a difficult day. Such kindness in the face of adversity is, sadly, often hard to find. Craft Bakeshop, you are now my go-to place for a hot beverage and a bite to eat whenever I'm in your neighborhood!
Had a great experience here! Wanted to come back this weekend to get coffee but it’s closed on the weekends. Bummer.
