sat for brother in sat birthday meal. booked a table in line that demanded comfortable sitting and this was recognized. the waiter was excellent and served our eating in a reasonable time with average waiting times. the place was pretty busy so that was expected. he was acceptable polite and we gave him a nice tip. there were 4 of us all with 3 walks I had sticky chicken wing goatse salat and bonfoffee basket everyth... The food at this restaurant was absolutely terrible! The extra crispy chicken wings were so tough that it felt like you needed a sledgehammer to cut into them. The chips tasted like they were cooked in old, stale oil. The only good part of my meal was the complimentary glass of water. View all feedback.
It is a lovely place and the service as excellent, shame the chef decided to add red hot sauce to each of our different meals, which ruined our meals really, we didn't say anything, but don't think we will return.
Been visiting this Frankie Bennys for many years The present management and all the staff team are excellent and give amazing service. Food is always great and cooked to liking. Fabulous ambiance here and very relaxed feeling. Would definately recommend
What an absolutely fantastic team! Everyone with genuine smiles and a desire to help and make it a wonderful experience for us thank you! Christian was amazing, so kind, patient and attentive to the needs of both juniors and seniors! The food was great and came super quickly! Thank you for a fab family experience! My younger niece especially loved the mac and cheese
The table was sticky and the food arrived within minutes of being ordered, as expected it was bland and disappointing. My child didn't eat his Mac and cheese and my miniature pizza wasn't much better. This really was a waste of money even with the 30% cinema discount.
Excellent place and service! Our waiter Adrian was attentive and our food was lovely. The service was great and the team are a very friendly bunch. This is our nearest Frankie Benny's as our local one in Uxbridge has been closed and it was well worth travelling the distance! Highly recommend! Thank you
