I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have generally encountered friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean when I visit. The wait times are manageable. As for the food, it is definitely worth trying since it is Five Guys. I highly recommend trying their fries and peanuts.

The design is too plain and reminds me of being in a subway bathroom with all the red and white tiles. I think they could benefit from a more modern and futuristic style. While I understand that this design is part of their signature look, it's important to keep things fresh and evolve with the times. Other customers seem to share my sentiments.

This is beyond a j... read more We ordered online to skip queues. However when my husband went in to restaurant and waited at the online counter, he was ignored for 15 mins! This is beyond a joke. No staff thought to ask him if they could help him. Not even a busy a time . They carried on serving others in normal queue. What is the point of your online service? The app also states that you skip queues. Either educate train your staff or remove this false claim asap.

The best chips ever I eat. well worth the money their high- quality. definitely raise 5 starts
