Mirakuya Sushi Steak House - Waterville

I’m allergic to fish and the past two times i ordered my veggie only sushi it had had many fish eggs on it! good thing i noticed it before or i would have had an allergic reaction sending me unto the hospital.

My boyfriend and I have recently moved to Waterville and we wanted to give this restaurant a try. The first time we have gone, we had hibachi and it was an amazing experience. However, the last couple times we have been there we have been disappointed. After our hibachi experience, we ordered takeout and was told that it would take 15-20 minutes, but we waited for over an hour and a half for our food. We wanted to give them another chance and went again today for lunch. However, we waited half an hour before being greeted for our drinks and food order. The food is amazing but unfortunately, the service is not. I don’t think we will be returning..

This time I tried unagi don and dragon roll. unagi don was really cheap. both were delicious. we also tried other courts to visit earlier. Other observations I want to share are that they put cilantro on Udon bullets, so if they are like me and don't like it, they need to make sure they don't want it. I love her miso suppe. it has a soft taste. we have chocolate truffles and pistachiosgelato for dessert. both were not very attractive, but tasted good. I liked the truffle somewhat more than the pistachios gelato. Overall, from the few Asian places I tried in waterville and augusta, this is the best so far and they have roasted ice.

I ordered some sushi to go. have all gone to home in fairfield center with a tired kiddo to boot and realized that they forget the wasabi and ingwer. I've been totally outta here. I called to see if I could pick it up tomorrow, and these young have sent it to me in less than 30 minutes to home! awesome. customers. service. Thank you!
