This Grand Central Cafe is the only place in Waterville to get real pizza with healthy ingredients, a big crust, almost like your grandmother had it all cooked thanks. Elise in the oven! Also some of the best very funny waitresses!! Do not miss this place!!!

We were only presented to this little jewel of a place. We were twice and will be safe to come back. Our son says it's our new Friday night pizza place. I tried two of the vegan pizzas and they were delish. Our sons pizza of choice is the Caveman . Oh and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to our son. The homemade carrot cake was delicious.

This place is amazing! Mother-made soups and desserts! The world's best nachos! The pizza is from this world! And the staff is great! What else do you want? Oh and they sell OPB beer!

This place is cozy and a fun environment. Their pizza is delish! We attended their toddler class today and it was very well put together. Glad they are trying to do something for the Little kids in our community!
