I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes just to get two drinks, and the staff member was incredibly rude when handing us our food. Even after all that time spent making the lattes, the drinks were so poorly prepared that we couldn't even drink them. This is by far the worst Dunkin' in Watertown. Please do better.

We ordered 4 hot chocolates, and they all tasted like they just watered down the hot chocolate. It tasted like hot plain water. I go to Dunkin multiple times a week, and I have never experienced anything like this. I was highly disappointed and would not recommend this dunkin to anyone.

Not only did we receive the complete wrong order, She rudely took it back from us and immediately threw it in the trash instead of letting us keep it or having us give it to somebody else. They were unfriendly and rude. 2 employees had horrible attitudes like they did not care and they hated their job.. I would never recommend this dunkin' donuts, which is unfortunate because I stopped at this Dunkin three times a week .and I will never go back to that dunkin' donuts... Worst experience ever. If you hate your job that bad, quit and do everyone else a favor ...and clearly their food is well put together!
