Went to the Dunkin on rt 342 in Watertown NY and did a mobile order online and there was only one girl working ordered a ice coffee and a sandwich and cause she was the only one working she was not making food need to talk to somebody about getting a refund
I have been coming through here every morning to get a black coffee. Currently in line. I've been in line for 23 minutes and seen 5 cars drive off.Currently, I am next in line and watching the woman in front of me wait to be greeted by the worker over intercom. We are at 4:12 seconds currently, of her waiting for someone to take her order.This has been roughly the same each day. Last time stopping here. I'm sure that I'm not alone.
Never have I ever had a more perfect sandwich from Dunkin. It was made the way I requested and it was perfect!!!
