M... read more My husband and I stopped by this restaurant for lunch and we both ordered the daily special - a beef sandwich with peppers, lettuce, and onions on a baguette. My cousin opted for the New York salad with chicken and vegetables. I decided to pair my meal with some chips. We all really enjoyed our food as it was well-prepared and the bread was fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. The only suggestion we have is for them to add a picture of the chef/owner smiling, rather than frowning. Overall, we highly recommend this downtown eatery.

The grain bowls are my favorite. Very yummy with a fair price. Portioned adequately but you may be disappointed if you’re used to enormous portions at this price point. Worth it for the better quality ingredients. Always fresh, healthy, and interesting options- good soup/ salad combos. I feel good after eating at the Cornerstone! Friendly staff.
