With the drive-thru window, t... read more The staff at this location are genuinely friendly, but it’s evident that there aren't enough employees working behind the counter. With the drive-thru window, the self-ordering kiosk (which doesn’t always function properly), and the walk-up counter, the three staff members on duty are clearly overwhelmed. If they hired more people, the service could be excellent.

I ordered breakfast shortly after they opened and the wedges were cold and obviously from the day before, and the bacon Nader breakfast sandwich was burnt , col... read more I ordered breakfast shortly after they opened and the wedges were cold and obviously from the day before, and the bacon Nader breakfast sandwich was burnt , cold, and to disguise. The fact that it was obviously made the day before. They smothered it in about 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise to disguise. It’s grossness. Wendy’s has definitely gone downhill since Dave died but this definitely put a nail in his coffin! Health and safety should really do an inspection on this place I’m pretty sure they find something given the lack of quality . WILL NEVER BE BACK not after this morning! The restaurant literally opened 35 minutes prior. There is no excuse for serving yesterday’s food.GROSSE
